Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Descriptions/ Responsibilities:

  • Front-line job, engaging actively with customers and providing them excellent customer service.
  • Perform mainly the check-in duties and other flight operations (Occasionally).
  • Able to work at night (07:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and during odd timings for flight disruptions.

Education Requirements:

  • Candidate is doing his or her undergraduate study in any Discipline (First year and Second Year only) at University level.
  • A good command of written and spoken English.

Other Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, organized and shows initiative in his or her work.
  • Must be good in computer literacy (MS office, Excel, Power-point, E-mail and internet browsing)
  • Residence near Uttara is preferred.

Job Location: Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
