Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Descriptions/ Responsibilities:
- Front-line job, engaging actively with customers and providing them excellent customer service.
- Perform mainly the check-in duties and other flight operations (Occasionally).
- Able to work at night (07:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and during odd timings for flight disruptions.
Education Requirements:
- Candidate is doing his or her undergraduate study in any Discipline (First year and Second Year only) at University level.
- A good command of written and spoken English.
Other Requirements:
- Self-motivated, organized and shows initiative in his or her work.
- Must be good in computer literacy (MS office, Excel, Power-point, E-mail and internet browsing)
- Residence near Uttara is preferred.
Job Location: Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
